Noodles & Company, a fast casual dining pioneer focusing on globally-inspired noodle dishes, was seeking expertise to develop a real estate strategy to expand their presence in a highly competitive, mature market with very limited site availability. 
SRS, using internal statistical analysis in collaboration with local market analysis for site selection, devised a market strategy to expand the brand’s presence. In addition, SRS proactively sought properties in anticipation of future expansion utilizing established relationships with landlords in each local market.

As a result, SRS was able to secure off-market locations, and has completed over 40 transactions in 8 states. Of which, 90% of locations are exceeding sales expectations.
