SRS Real Estate Partners announced today it has arranged two new retail leases totaling 9,408 square feet on behalf of Noble Properties at Tequesta Shoppes and Hollywood Festival Shopping Center.
SRS Vice President, Brandon Woulfe, represented Noble Properties, a privately-owned real estate company based in Florida, in both transactions.
Five Below, a leading high-growth value retailer, is opening its first location in Tequesta, FL. The specialty discount store aimed at teens and tweens leased 8,508 SF at Tequesta Shoppes, 115 N US Highway 1, Tequesta, FL. Tequesta Shoppes, located in the heart of Tequesta’s retail hub, spans 110,116 SF and is anchored by Bealls Outlet, HomeGoods and Marshalls. Jon Cashion with Katz and Associates represented Five Below in the transaction.
J & G Electronics, an electronics repair shop, opening their first brick and mortar location, leased 900 SF at Hollywood Festival Shopping Center, 6601Taft Street, Hollywood, FL. Anchored by Fresco y Más, CVS and Bealls Outlet, Hollywood Festival is located in a densely populated residential community and enjoys high foot traffic.
