Savills, SRS Real Estate Partners Announce Acquisition of SRS Lease Administration

SRS Lease Administration, LLC, a subsidiary of SRS Real Estate Partners, LLC, is now part of Savills

NEW YORK (January 3, 2022) – Savills Inc. and SRS Real Estate Partners, LLC (“SRS”) have consummated a transaction to sell, assign, and transfer all of SRS’ ownership interest in SRS Lease Administration, LLC, to Savills Inc. The newly combined lease management team will consist of over 50 subject matter experts averaging over a decade of industry experience.

The SRS Lease Administration team provides highly flexible and scalable solutions, specializing in advisory and project services, critical date management, basic accounting, lease audits, full lease administration, and special projects. Their client roster includes more than 50 prominent tenants throughout the country. The team is based in Dallas and led by Jean-Marie Villacampa, who will also join Savills through the acquisition, serving as Vice President of Lease Administration. She will report to Executive Vice President of Lease Administration & Audit Kim Esposito, who oversees the practice for Savills in North America.
