(Austin, Texas) April 16, 2010 – SRS Real Estate Partners is pleased to announce the sale of a seven acre former Target property, including a 103,504 sf building, located at 1180 Thorpe Lane, adjacent to Springtown Mall in San Marcos, TX, to 1180 Thorpe, Ltd., an investment partnership. Target relocated its store to E. McCarty Lane and U.S. I-35 in San Marcos in September, 2009.
Mark Reeder, executive vice president in the Dallas office, and Todd Wallace, senior vice president and market leader in the Austin office of SRS Real Estate Partners represented Target in the sale. Daniel Jay Holland of Epic Real Estate Ventures represented 1180 Thorpe, Ltd.
