SRS Real Estate Partners Promotes Robert O’Farrell

(Austin, Texas) May 18, 2010 – SRS Real Estate Partners is pleased to announce the promotion of Robert O’Farrell to Senior Vice President.
With over nine years of retail real estate experience, Robert’s promotion is in recognition of his accomplishments and contributions to his clients and to SRS Real Estate Partners. In addition to being a key player in the opening of the Austin/San Antonio office for SRS Real Estate Partners in 2004, Robert is continuously recognized by his peers and colleagues for his hard work. The Austin Business Journal named Robert the Top Broker in Austin for 2008, and he is consistently a top producer within SRS Real Estate Partners.
Client success is Robert’s number one goal and he is currently assisting Toys “R” Us/Babies “R” Us and Verizon Wireless in site selection for expansion in the Austin/San Antonio markets, and is representing Target in Central Texas disposition, among many other clients. Landlord representation is also strength of Robert’s, and he currently has a number of properties available along the I-35 corridor in Central Texas.

Robert is a member of ICSC, and holds a bachelors’ degree in communication studies from the University of Texas at Austin.
