(Phoenix, Arizona) April 21, 2010 – SRS Real Estate Partners is pleased to announce the selection by Kimco Realty Corporation to represent Mesa Pavilions, a 307,375 sf power center located at US 60 and Power Road in Mesa, AZ, and the center located at the northeast corner of 59th Avenue and Bell in Glendale, AZ.
Mesa Pavilions, located across from Superstition Springs Mall, is currently home to PetSmart, The Sports Authority, Staples, Michael’s, Souper Salad and ULTA. The center is 70% leased, and is expecting new tenants to include a grocer and furniture and discount stores. Mike Polachek, executive vice president, Jeff Alba, vice president, and Neil Board senior associate, of SRS Real Estate Partners, represent Mesa Pavilions.
NEC Bell Road and 59th Avenue is located in the West Valley Bell Road corridor, and serves a dense infill population. Current tenants include Floor & Décor, SPF Furnishings, T-Mobile, El Pollo Loco, and Compass Bank. The center is looking to attract more restaurants, home goods, services and sporting goods retailers. Jeff Alba, Neil Board and Ryan Eustice, senior associate of SRS Real Estate Partners, represent Costco Plaza.
