(Dallas, Texas) May 3, 2010 – Mark Reeder, Executive Vice President, Dawn Greiner, Senior Vice President, and Daniel Taylor, Senior Vice President, in the Dallas office were recognized by the Dallas Business Journal as retail Heavy Hitters for 2009 at a breakfast event at the Tower Club in Dallas on Thursday, April 22.
Mark said “The most rewarding part of this business is repeat clients and mentoring young brokers.” Mark has been with SRS Real Estate Partners since 2000. He began his real estate career in 1982, and currently represents Brinker International, Target, Yankee Candle, Corner Bakery and Toys “R” Us/Babies “R” Us, among others.
Dawn was the first female Top Producer in the history of SRS Real Estate Partners. Dawn believes the keys to success are “no matter what the odds, never give up and treat everyone with the utmost respect.” Dawn joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2004, and some of her clients include Jos. A. Bank, Gap/Old Navy/Banana Republic, Justice for Girls and American Eagle Outfitters.
Daniel thinks that his career progress is due, in part, to “working for a company like SRS Real Estate Partners, (where) I was taught the value of working in a team-oriented atmosphere.” Daniel currently serves Toys “R” Us/ Babies “R” Us, AutoNation and Verizon Wireless, among others, and has over 13 years of retail real estate experience.
