RETAIL: Dallas – Restaurants America has leased a 5,810 SF space at Mockingbird Station in Dallas. The space will house a new concept from the restaurant group known locally for Primebar in Uptown Dallas and Townhouse Kitchen + Bar in North Dallas. Michael Miller and Jason Puig with SRS Real Estate Partners represented the tenant. Aaron Stephenson, Zachary Porter and Brett Madden with Retail Street Advisors represented the landlord, Mockingbird Station.
