The property, which is the company’s first location in Central Texas and the state, sits on Farm-to-Market Road 685 between IBC Bank and Discount Tire across from the Wal-Mart Supercenter.

In addition to its prime location, the property’s neighboring stores include Walgreens, IBC Bank, Discount Tire and McDonald’s.
Minicucci represented Bubble Clean in the purchase, while Bob Dickerson, a senior vice president for SRS’ Austin/San Antonio office, represented the seller, Tim Timmerman.
