Blink Fitness signed a 15,830-square-foot lease at 800 St. Anns Ave. in Bronx, NY.
Blink Fitness will be part of the retail mix for the residents of St. Ann’s Terrace apartment complex, a brand new affordable housing development in the Bronx submarket. The complex will feature 350 apartments, 50,000 square feet of retail space, and 400 parking spaces.
Blink Fitness will open in the second quarter of 2012.
Erin Grace, CCIM of SRS Real Estate Partners’ New York office represented the landlord in the lease. Peter Levine of Charter Realty represented the tenant.
