Woodland Place, an 11,049-SF Multi-Tenant Retail Center in Austin, Texas Sells to Private Investor

SRS Real Estate Partners announced today it has completed the sale of Woodland Place, a fully occupied, 11,049-square-foot multi-tenant retail center located at 13616 N Highway 183 (Research Boulevard) in Austin, TX. Built in 2016 and situated on 1.86 acres in the Northwest submarket, the property is occupied by three tenants: Austin Family Orthodontics, Austin Children’s Dentistry and Firehouse Animal Health Center.

SRS Capital Markets Managing Principal Cathy Nabours, Vice President Kyle Shaffer, and Senior Associate Sam Nichols represented the seller, an Austin-based developer and owner. The buyer was a Los Angeles-based private investor.

Situated on N Highway 183, which sees 115,000 vehicles per day, the property is visible along Austin’s major corridor between North Central Austin and Cedar Park/Leander, two of Austin’s fastest-growing suburbs.
