Samuel Nichols

Sam Nichols joined SRS in 2025 as a senior associate for SRS Capital Market's National Multi-Tenant Advisory - South Central in the Austin office. He works with the Texas team providing transaction execution, as well as financial models and valuation, preparation and presentation of marketing materials, investor and client management. 

Prior to joining SRS, Sam worked as an associate at Pennybacker focusing on real estate investments. Before Pennybacker, he was an analyst at JLL and HFF. During his tenure at JLL, he was involved in more than $3.5 billion in total transaction volume.

Sam earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. Additionally, Sam has been an active member of the local NAIOP and ULI chapters.
