Kyle Shaffer

Kyle Shaffer joined SRS in 2021 as vice president for SRS's Capital Markets team in the Austin office, focusing on multi-tenant investment properties in Central Texas.

Kyle has underwrote various retail, office, and industrial disposition offerings throughout Central Texas in his several years within the commercial real estate industry. He also has experience in loan and REO sales and has analyzed more than $1 billion in properties across various product types.

Kyle is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. Kyle is dedicated to the preservation of Austin’s outdoor recreation, scenic, and natural environments. He is a member of the Red Bud Circle, an exclusive group of individuals contributing their time for philanthropy and education benefiting the Roy Butler Hike-and-Bike Trail. He also volunteers with the Hill Country Conservancy, preserving vital natural resources in Texas’ beautiful Hill Country.
