SRS Real Estate Partners announced today the addition of a new retail team specializing in tenant representation to its Newport Beach office. Jeff Straka, Debra Hoppe, and Hannah Rogers have joined SRS from Main + Main. Together, they bring decades of retail real estate expertise and a proven track record of serving tenants across Southern California and beyond.

SRS welcomes back Straka, a seasoned retail real estate professional with more than three decades of experience in both corporate and brokerage roles. He has held leadership positions at Main + Main and was a founding partner of Golden State Retail Group Inc., a Southern California-based tenant representation firm. He has also held brokerage roles with SRS and Retail Select Services, along with store development positions at The Vitamin Shoppe, Starbucks Coffee, and Kinko’s. Straka is a graduate of UC Santa Barbara.
Hoppe specializes in tenant representation, with a focus on new concept restaurateurs and specialty retailers throughout Southern California. With more than a decade of experience as a retail business owner prior to her real estate career, Hoppe offers a hands-on perspective in tenant advisory and retail strategy. Her client work includes Orangetheory Fitness, America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses, Face Foundrie, Slick City, and Flooring Liquidators, among others. She holds a BSBA from the University of Missouri at Columbia and an MBA from Maryville University of St. Louis.
Rogers joins as a Senior Associate and her experience spans tenant representation as well as collaborations with regional and national landlords. She is a graduate of Arizona State University.
