Debra Hoppe

Debra Hoppe joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2025 and serves as a Senior Vice President in the Newport Beach office. Debra specializes in tenant representation with a focus on new concept restaurateurs and specialty retailers in the Southern California market. With over a decade of experience as a retail business owner before moving into brokerage, she brings a hands-on perspective to tenant advisory and retail strategy. 

Debra has a BSBA in Business Management from the University of Missouri at Columbia. She also has an MBA in Marketing form Maryville University of St. Louis.
