DALLAS (August 29, 2017) – SRS Real Estate Partners has announced that its National Net Lease Group (NNLG) has expanded with new team members who will be located in the New York office. Joining the NNLG are Britt Raymond as first vice president, and Kyle Fant as senior associate, both formerly of Marcus & Millichap. The group is well-regarded in the New York market and has closed more than $180 million in net lease transactions over the past 24 months. The NNLG, operating as a single and collaborative platform based in SRS’ Newport Beach office with transactions taking place in over 35 states, has recruited some of the most talented net lease brokers across the nation, and is one of the most active net lease investment teams in the country. With the addition of the New York team, the NNLG is now 23 brokers strong, when including support staff, now over 40 individuals dedicated exclusively to seller and buyer representation of net lease investments. Their presence expands SRS' coverage on the East Coast and strengthens SRS’ ability to serve clients from coast to coast in the net lease arena. It also signifies another substantial achievement as SRS further solidifies its place as a major player in retail investment services across the U.S.
Britt Raymond joins SRS with eight years of commercial real estate experience specializing in net lease and anchored shopping center investment sales. She has established herself as a leader in the market through her expertise in the economic factors that cause shifts in the retail industry. She focuses on advising investors during ground up development, asset repositioning, lease negotiation and 1031 tax deferred exchanges. She has closed over $230 million in commercial real estate transactions and currently represents more than $80 million in assets. Britt has also been recognized in the New York Real Estate Journal Women in Real Estate Spotlight and as a Rising Star in her previous position for her growth in sales volume, leadership, and client service.
Kyle Fant joins SRS with three years of experience specializing in investment sales of net lease, strip center, and anchored retail centers nationwide. His relentless focus on his clients’ needs have led to over $100 million worth of assets sold, placed under contract, and exclusively listed within the past year. At SRS, he intends to substantially grow the investment services business and brand to the highest standard in New York and beyond. Kyle has demonstrated the ability to excel quickly, having earned the Pace Setter Award at Marcus & Millichap for outstanding sales performance during the first twelve months of business.
