SRS Real Estate Partners announced today the continued expansion of its Industrial platform with the addition of three industrial professionals in its Newport Beach office, further strengthening the firm’s presence across Southern California’s most active logistics and business hubs.
Nathan Demosthenes and Matt Peters join SRS as Vice Presidents, and Brody Shemansky joins as an Associate.

Bringing a strong capital markets background, Demosthenes focuses on industrial investment activity throughout Orange County. Prior to joining SRS, he served as a director at Cushman & Wakefield, where he advised private clients on the sale and leasing of industrial properties. His experience also includes time in the San Francisco Bay Area with Poletti Realty Coldwell Banker Commercial. Demosthenes holds a degree in Fire Science from the College of San Mateo and a business degree from the University of Southern California. He began his professional career as a reserve first responder with the San Mateo and San Francisco County fire departments while working in sales for Cenco.
Peters brings extensive experience advising owners and investors across the Los Angeles and Orange County markets, with a focus on industrial sales, leasing, and investment strategies. He joins SRS from Voit Real Estate Services, where he served as Vice President. Peters began his professional career in the accounting industry within the tax sector. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and is an active member of AIR and NAIOP, as well as a participant in NAIOP SoCal’s Young Professionals Group.
With a background spanning brokerage and entrepreneurship, Shemansky joins SRS from Cushman & Wakefield, where he served as an Associate focused on industrial properties. He has also founded several consumer product companies in the health and wellness industry. Shemansky holds an MBA in Entrepreneurial Studies from Loyola Marymount University and earned his undergraduate degree in Health and Human Physiology from the University of Iowa, where he was a member of the men’s gymnastics team.
