Brody Shemansky

Brody Shemansky joined SRS in 2026 as an Associate. He specializes in industrial real estate in the Orange County area. Prior to joining SRS, Brody was an associate at Cushman & Wakefield. He has also founded several consumer product group companies in the health and wellness industry.

Brody has an MBA in entrepreneurial studies from Loyola Marymount University. He earned his undergraduate degree in Health and Human Physiology from the University of Iowa, where he was a member of the men’s gymnastics team.
