Nathan Demosthenes

Nathan Demosthenes joined SRS in 2026 as a Vice President. He specializes in Industrial Capital markets as well as landlord and tenant representation within the Orange County area. His focus is single and multi-tenant industrial sales and lease. He offers real estate cycle analysis, portfolio analysis, acquisition and disposition advice, 1031 exchange scenarios, and real-time market information. Prior to joining SRS, he was a Director at Cushman & Wakefield. He also has real estate experience in the San Francisco area with Poletti Realty.

Nathan holds a fire science degree from the college of San Mateo & Business degree with USC. He started his career working with the San Mateo and San Francisco County cadet / reserve fire departments , while working in sales for Cenco. He transitioned to real estate after earning his license.
