Grandscape in The Colony is entering a new phase of growth, and SRS Real Estate Partners has been selected to help shape what comes next. NFM has tapped an SRS team led by Rose Meza, Michael Kaplan, and Karla Smith to guide future retail leasing and build on the momentum of the 433-acre destination, now known for its mix of experiential retail, dining, and entertainment.
As Grandscape moves toward its second phase, SRS is working with NFM to refine the tenant mix and enhance the project’s long-term appeal.
“Our priority here is to curate a tenant mix that continues to elevate Grandscape’s unique appeal that fosters strong co-tenancy and connectivity to guests of all ages,” Meza said.
The team is exploring opportunities ranging from chef-driven dining and immersive entertainment to daily-needs retailers and locally inspired concepts within the Homestead area.
