Rose Meza

Senior Vice President

Rose Meza joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2024 and is a Senior Vice President in Dallas. With over a decade of experience, Rose brings a dual focus on both landlord and tenant representation to the team. She has strong market knowledge and takes a creative problem-solving approach that helps her clients earn maximum returns and meet their business objectives. Prior to joining SRS, Rose was a Partner and Senior Vice President at Segovia Partners, where she focused on leasing and growth of the retail portfolio as well as assisting tenants expand nationwide. Rose also has experience at JLL, where she led DFW retail portfolio. She has received numerous accolades in her career such as JLL’s RISE-ing Star Award in 2016 and D Magazine’s Power Brokers in 2020 and 2022-2024.

Rose is a Dallas native and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Southern Methodist University. She is an active member of ICSC, The Real Estate Council (TREC), and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR). Rose is fluent in Spanish.
