Michael Kaplan

Michael Kaplan is a Vice President at SRS Real Estate Partners, where he serves on the capital markets team with a national focus on the disposition and acquisition of single-tenant net lease assets and unanchored strip centers, with particular depth in the Texas and Nevada markets. Over the course of his six-year commercial real estate career, Michael has been involved in excess of $450 million in transaction volume, having represented institutional and private capital clients including Brixmor, STORE Capital, Frontview REIT, Ares Management, and a broad range of nationally focused merchant developers.

Michael joined SRS in 2024 following tenures at Logic Commercial Real Estate in Las Vegas, where he launched his CRE career in project leasing before expanding into investment sales, and at Venture Commercial in Dallas. He is a Crexi Platinum Broker and a multiple-time D CEO Power Broker Award winner. He previously served on the Board of Directors for the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR), where he chaired the Mentorship Program during his two-year commitment.

Prior to commercial real estate, Michael built a nearly 20-year career in the hospitality and restaurant industry before making the transition to CRE in 2020.
