Earlier this year, Trademark, a national mixed-use operator, investor, and developer, was selected to manage and lease the 629,000-square-foot regional shopping center, as well as to execute various renovations. In collaboration with Trademark, SRS will help oversee the leasing and repositioning of the property to enhance the customer experience and refresh the tenancy.
