Mara Frumkin

Mara Frumkin joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2024. Prior to working at SRS, she was at Atlantic Retail in Orlando. Mara started in the industry in 2019 with The Shopping Center Group (TSCG). In her experience as a tenant representative, she has worked with national retailers throughout Florida such as AutoZone, Einstein Bros. Bagels, Floor & Decor, Jack in the Box, easyvet, The Fresh Market, Maple Street Biscuit Company, V/O Med Spa, and more. Mara also specializes in landlord representation, including selling and leasing outparcels, leasing ground up developments, and leasing existing shopping centers.

Mara is a graduate of Texas Christian University. She is the third generation in her family to work in commercial real estate. Mara is a member of ICSC, the ICSC Next Generation Leadership Network '22-'24, and enjoys sitting on several ICSC planning committees in Florida.
