SRS Real Estate Partners Welcomes Dale Robbins as Senior Associate to the National Net Lease Group

Expands team’s area of expertise in Newport Beach Office

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. (October 19, 2016) – SRS Real Estate Partners (SRS) welcomes Dale Robbins as senior associate in the Newport Beach office as part of the continued growth of the National Net Lease Group (NNLG). He will focus on portfolio sale leaseback assignments, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, and net lease investment sales nationwide. The NNLG, which offers advisory services nationwide, was established by Matthew Mousavi and Patrick Luther in March of this year and is headquartered in SRS’ Newport Beach office.

Robbins joins SRS with three years of transactional brokerage experience in the commercial real estate industry with an emphasis on the restaurant space within the national net lease and franchise markets. He focuses on single-tenant triple net leased investments, including national portfolios, sale-leasebacks, and enterprise and real estate franchisee M&A. Robbins works vigorously to demonstrate and defend asset value for his clients, taking a thorough approach on the front-end to fully understand their business and close-of-escrow objectives. Recent assignments include the completion of over $20M in enterprise and real estate transactions for multi-unit, national franchise operators for a wide range of brands, including KFC and Taco Bell.
