He focuses on single-tenant triple net leased investments, including national portfolios, sale-leasebacks, and enterprise and real estate franchisee M&A. Dale works vigorously to demonstrate and defend asset value for his clients, taking a thorough approach on the front-end to fully understand their business and close-of-escrow objectives. Representative transactions include the $15M sale of a multi-unit KFC franchise, including both enterprise and real estate in Arkansas, the sale of a Big Boy restaurant for $1.6M in Michigan and the sale of a single-unit Taco Bell, including enterprise and real estate in Tennessee for $2.75M.
