Dale joined SRS in 2017 with advisory and brokerage experience in franchise mergers and acquisitions and net-leased assets. Since beginning his career in 2015 with Colliers International, Dale has personally lead transactions for more than 100 properties with an aggregate value in excess of $150 million. Working diligently to guide and assist his clients in their growth and disposition objectives, Dale focuses on developer and financing placement, seller representation for franchise mergers and acquisitions, triple net-leased investments, including national portfolios, sale-leasebacks, and subsequent 1031 representation. Dale works vigorously to find, demonstrate, and defend asset value for his clients, taking a thorough approach on the front-end to fully understand his clients’ business and transactional objectives. Representative transactions include the $15.5 million sale of a multi-unit KFC portfolio in Arkansas, a $21 million multi-unit, multi-state Burger King portfolio, a $4.1 million shopping center in Florida, and a $2.7 million Chick-fil-A in Texas.
