PHOENIX (March 30, 2015) – SRS represented CVS/pharmacy in the acquisition of the 8,691-square-foot former Carlos O’Brien Restaurant located on a 1.64-acre parcel at 7111 East Bell Road, in Scottsdale, Ariz. The building is located west of the southwest corner of Bell and Scottsdale Roads and will be razed for redevelopment. CVS plans to build a prototypical pharmacy with a drive thru at the location. CVS/pharmacy is the retail division of CVS Health a pharmacy innovation company with 7,800 retail pharmacies and more than 900 walk-in medical clinics.
