ATLANTA (July 1, 2015) – SRS Real Estate Partners (SRS) represented Earth Fare in the leasing of a 24,782-square-foot space at Emory Point, a mixed-use development located in the Druid Hills neighborhood of Atlanta. The new specialty organic and natural foods grocery store is located at 1578 Avenue Place; which is situated near the intersection of Clifton Road and Avenue Place. This is Earth Fare’s second store in the Atlanta MSA and fourth location in Georgia.
Earth Fare is holding a grand opening celebration at Emory Point on Wednesday, July 8 starting at 6:45 AM with a formal ribbon-cutting ceremony. An eventful day follows with fun for the entire family, including giveaways, product demonstrations, live music, and more. The Emory Point store will be the first of the grocery chain’s locations to use a new urban concept design. The layout places a greater emphasis on fresh prepared food items, including sandwiches and wraps, juices, smoothies and coffees, plus made in-house sushi, salads, and other prepared entrees and sides. The store will feature a 50-seat, indoor/outdoor cafe with free Wi-Fi, encouraging local residents to make Earth Fare their preferred location for a coffee break or study session.
