Dallas-based SRS Real Estate Partners (SRS) added Dale Robbins as senior associate in the Newport Beach, CA office as part of the continued growth of the National Net Lease Group (NNLG). He will focus on portfolio sale leaseback assignments, M&A transactions, and net lease investment sales nationwide.
Robbins joins from Colliers International and brings three years of transactional brokerage experience in the CRE industry, with an emphasis on the restaurant space within the national net lease and franchise markets. Recent assignments include the completion of more than $20 million in enterprise and real estate transactions for multi-unit, national franchise operators, including KFC and Taco Bell.
NNLG, which offers advisory services nationwide, was established by Matthew Mousavi and Patrick Luther earlier this year and is HQ’d in SRS’ Newport Beach office.
