Carlos O’Briens Scottsdale LLC sold a 8,691-square-foot former Carlos O’Brien Restaurant on a 1.64-acre parcel at 7111 E. Bell Road in Scottsdale to German Dobson CVS LLC, an entity of CVS/Pharmacy for $3.5 million. The seller was self-represented, and Ed Beeh and Chuck Gibson with SRS represented the buyer, who will raze the building to build a pharmacy with a drive thru at the location. CVS/Pharmacy is the retail division of CVS Health, a pharmacy company with 7,800 retail pharmacies and over 900 walk-in medical clinics.
