They acquired a 47,866 square foot parcel at the southeast corner of Happy Valley Road and 19thAvenue in Phoenix and a 32,635 square foot parcel at the northwest corner of Ironwood Road and Ocotillo Road in Queen Creek. Greulich’s paid $965,000 and $515,000, respectively.

Greulich’s Automotive Repair has been family owned and operated since 1977. Greulich’s offers a wide selection of automotive and tire services, including brake repair, lube and oil changes, and preventative maintenance. They pride themselves in offering exceptional customer service and quality repairs at affordable prices. The additional two locations will bring their store count to 17.
