SRS Real Estate Partners Opens D.C. Office; Welcomes Andrew Fallon

Establishes company’s presence in nation’s capital while growing their National Net Lease Group

DALLAS (January 21, 2020) – SRS Real Estate Partners is pleased to announce the opening of its twenty-eighth office in Washington D.C., and to welcome Andrew Fallon as our newest hire for the National Net Lease Group. As executive managing director for the National Net Lease Group and market leader for the new office, Andrew is establishing SRS’ presence in the national’s capital. His expertise encompasses many areas including net lease brokerage, commercial land brokerage, real estate underwriting, and litigation project management.

Prior to joining SRS, Andrew was executive managing director with Calkain Companies where he also served as a member on the Executive Committee. As an annual top producer, he closed nearly $1 billion in net lease transactions in a 10-year period, closing more than 300 transactions. His brokerage is focused on single-tenant and portfolio retail sales, merchant-build developer representation, and institutional client acquisition and disposition services, and buyer representation of high net worth and 1031 exchange investors. In addition to traditional triple net investment sales, Andrew regularly consults on and sells stabilized high-street, urban in-fill retail projects throughout Washington D.C.

Andrew is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Urban Land Institute, and the District of Columbia real estate community. He is recognized as an expert in his field having been featured in multiple industry publications and was selected for Real Estate Forum’s Top 40 Under 40. He holds an MBA from The George Washington University School of Business and is a graduate of American University, where he studied law and society.

Andrew will assist in recruiting individuals in his market to the National Net Lease Group, which has seen explosive growth in the past year. They added 15 new brokers to the team, as well as opened one new office, and added individuals to three existing SRS offices. SRS’ National Net Lease Group and the western region of SRS’ Investment Properties Group successfully completed more than 485 sales in 2019 worth more than $1.5 billion in transaction value across 43 states. The National Net Lease Group has more than 50 net lease professionals nationwide, all collaborating on one central platform, with leadership, underwriting, and marketing efforts strategically located in Southern California.
