Andrew Fallon

Andrew Fallon joined SRS Capital Markets in 2020, when he opened the regional office. As Executive Vice President and Managing Principal, Andrew leads the Washington, D.C. office where he focuses on recruitment for growth and expansion around the DMV and greater mid-Atlantic region. As a broker and advisor, his expertise encompasses many areas of commercial real estate, including single-tenant net lease transactional services, multi-tenant investment sales, and high-street urban retail advisory. With over 15 years of industry experience, Andrew's clients include commercial developers, institutional owners, family offices, and private investors.  

Prior to joining SRS, Andrew was executive managing director with Calkain Companies where he also served as a member of the Executive Committee. An annual top producer throughout his career, Andrew has closed more than 600 transactions with a combined value of over $2.5 billion throughout his 15+ year career. He is recognized as an expert in his field having been featured in multiple industry publications including National Real Estate Investor, Commercial Property Executive, GlobeSt.com, Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Journal, and Virginia Business Magazine. Andrew was selected for Real Estate Forum’s Top 40 Under 40 and was honored with Washingtonian Magazine’s Commercial Real Estate “Career Achievement Award.”  

Andrew holds an MBA from The George Washington University School of Business with a focus on Real Estate & Development Finance, and is a graduate of American University, where he studied Justice, Law and Society. He is a long-standing member of ICSC and an active participant in the local real estate community. Outside of work, you can find Andrew on the sidelines coaching and cheering on his three children, and in the offseason, perhaps traveling with his wife or enjoying the fellowship of golf.
