Executive Managing Director, National Net Lease Group & Market Leader
Andrew Fallon joined SRS in 2020 as executive managing director for the NNLG, and market leader for the newest office in Washington D.C. His expertise encompasses many areas including net lease brokerage, commercial land brokerage, real estate underwriting, and litigation project management.
Prior to joining SRS, Andrew was executive managing director with Calkain Companies where he also served as a member on the Executive Committee. As an annual top producer, he closed nearly $1 billion in net lease transactions in a 10-year period, closing more than 300 transactions. His brokerage is focused on single-tenant and portfolio retail sales, merchant-build developer representation, and institutional client acquisition and disposition services, and buyer representation of high net worth and 1031 exchange investors. In additional to traditional triple net investment sales, Andrew regularly consults on and sells stabilized high-street, urban in-fill retail projects throughout Washington D.C.
Andrew is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Urban Land Institute, NAIOP, and the District of Columbia real estate community. He is recognized as an expert in his field having been featured in multiple industry publications such as National Real Estate Investor, Commercial Property Executive, GlobeSt.com, Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Journal, and Virginia Business Magazine, as well as being selected for Real Estate Forum’s Top 40 Under 40. He holds an MBA from The George Washington University School of Business and is a graduate of American University, where he studied Law and Society.
