(June 22, 2021) –SRS Real Estate Partners (SRS), the largest national real estate company in the country exclusively dedicated to retail services, has brokered the $1 million sale of 5.09 acres located at the northeast quadrant of Krome Avenue and Quail Roost Drive in South Miami-Dade County.
The seller, a merchant developer based in Tennessee, sold the property to a local real estate investor. SRS marketed the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer.
The vacant land site is zoned for agricultural purposes and sits adjacent to a planned RaceTrac service station with 195’ of exposure on Krome Avenue and 271’ on Quail Roost Drive.
