Mary Harris joined the corporate team after more than two years in a brokerage role in SRS’ Fort Lauderdale office. She is uniquely positioned to combine her perspective as a former broker with her more than 20 years of marketing experience to provide input on the direction of SRS’ marketing initiatives.
Mary leads marketing strategies focused on refreshing the company brand and provides guidance on corporate and field level marketing initiatives. She works closely with the corporate marketing team and manages the day-to-day functions of the marketing department.
Prior to her years in the commercial real estate industry, Mary served as head of marketing at BankUnited where she was responsible for the bank’s corporate communications, advertising, and public relations. There, she successfully rebranded the institution from a failed savings and loan to a publicly-traded commercial bank, now ranked by Forbes magazine as one of the “Best Banks in America.” In 2017, Mary was recognized by the South Florida Business Journal as a Power Leader in Marketing.
