This regional power center is 705,696 SF and includes these anchor and key tenants: Ross Dress for Less, AMC Theatres, Jo-Ann, Chick-fil-A, Snooze, Sprouts, Best Buy, Party City, Michaels, Burlington, PetSmart, Marshalls, Five Below, HomeGoods, and Golf Galaxy.
Scope
Ahwatukee Foothills Towne Center is a regional power center located at Ray Road and Interstate 10, providing varying retail, service, grocery, and restaurant offerings to the surrounding Southeast Valley communities. Site Centers was facing increasing vacancy due to transitioning Big Box retailers and small shop tenants. They were looking for additional support from the local brokerage community to address these impending challenges. Site Centers chose SRS for its local knowledge and expertise and national presence to identify the most qualified retail and restaurant brands to fill the existing and future vacancies.
Results
In less than 24 months , SRS and Site Centers successfully executed leases with Golf Galaxy, FirstWatch, LA Crab Shack and Stella’s Ice Cream totaling more than 35,373 SF. SRS is continuing to work with Site Centers on marketing efforts for the remaining vacancies to bring the center to 100% occupancy.
