The Retreat Village Shopping Center is located at 248 Retreat Village at the intersection of Demere Road and Frederica Road on St. Simons Island, Ga. The new cellular retailer is scheduled to open in the summer of 2013. The landlord, Paces Properties, Inc., is an Atlanta developer who recently finalized a $1 million renovation to Retreat Village. The center’s neighboring tenants include Winn-Dixie, H&H Lifestyles, Edwin Watts Golf, Bonefish and Ziggy Mahoney’s
