DALLAS (September 24, 2012) – SRS Real Estate Partners has leased two spaces at the College Park development located in the heart of The University of Texas at Arlington campus. The newest retail tenants at College Park are expected to open this fall and include a Mexican restaurant and a sandwich deli.
Digg’s Taco Shop, a specialty taco and Mexican restaurant, has leased a 2,906-square-foot space. This will be the second location for Digg’s Taco Shop in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.
Smiling Moose Deli, a sandwich deli that features free cookies on Wednesdays, has leased a 2,120-square-foot space. This will be the fourth Smiling Moose location in Texas and the second location in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.
College Park opened in August 2012 and includes the following retail tenants: MAVS Sports Grill, Pho Xpress, Pie Five Pizza Co., GRIP Mediterrean Grill, and Coolberry Frozen Yogurt. It is a 20-acre residential, retail, and mixed-use development that is located south of UTA Boulevard between Pecan Street and Center Street. The district is anchored by College Park Center, a 7,000-seat sports and entertainment venue.
