ATLANTA (March 7, 2016) – SRS Real Estate Partners (SRS) announced that the project leasing team in Atlanta has secured a lease with Trashy Diva at the 675 N. Highland development in Atlanta. Trashy Diva will have two storefronts at the project, a 1,600-square-foot dress boutique and 1,500-square-foot lingerie boutique. Both shops are scheduled to open in summer of 2016.
Trashy Diva, a boutique women’s clothing store providing vintage and retro inspired clothing, shoes, jewelry, accessories and lingerie, has five locations in New Orleans. This will be their first location in Atlanta. Owner/designer and rising fashion star, Candice Gwinn, is an Atlanta native.
The 675 North Highland development is a mixed-use project by Abraham Properties. The development is located in the heart of the Poncey-Highland neighborhood on North Highland Avenue. The project consists of: 125 luxury apartment units, 12,500 square feet of restaurant and retail space with sidewalk dining along North Highland Ave, and 7,500 square feet of storefront retail/office along Blue Ridge Avenue. The project is scheduled to open in the summer of 2016.
