DALLAS (November 1, 2012) – The Stainback Organization has sold a 1.1 acre pad site to Cotton Patch Café at I-30 and Wesley Street in Greenville, Texas. The restaurant will be located near Lowe’s Home Improvement, Starbucks, Discount Tire, and Chick-fil-A.
Cotton Patch Café has over 40 locations across Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. This is the first Cotton Patch Café location in Greenville and it is scheduled to open in spring 2013.
