SRS Real Estate Partners announced today the continued growth of its Southern California Industrial platform with the addition of a new Principal, further strengthening leadership, strategy, and operational support for the firm’s expanding SoCal Industrial team.
Travis Carson joins SRS as a Principal and will help lead strategy development and business operations, while also supporting the team’s continued recruitment of top talent.
Carson brings more than 20 years of experience as an executive coach, world-class trainer, and business growth leader. His background spans leadership development and performance coaching, with a long track record of working alongside commercial real estate professionals and brokerage teams worldwide.

Throughout his career, Carson has worked with commercial real estate brokers across the industry, including CBRE, Colliers International, Lee & Associates, JLL, Coldwell Banker Commercial, and more.
Carson earned his undergraduate degree, MBA, and JD from the University of Arizona. A competitor at heart, he was a five-time nationally ranked junior tennis player, a seven-time nationally ranked triathlete, and a three-time Ironman finisher.
