DALLAS (August 5, 2015) – SRS Real Estate Partners (SRS) welcomes Shannon Holeman as associate in the Orlando office. She brings with her sales, business development, and account management experience and will focus on tenant and landlord representation.
Holeman joins SRS from Cursor Realty Commercial where she successfully located ideal locations for retail clients, recruited tenants to shopping centers for landlord clients, identified land opportunities for developers working with national retail clients, and assisted with the acquisition of properties for investment clients. Holeman also has experience as a business and account manager at large corporations such as Sprint and JetBlue where she identified new business opportunities, implemented strategic planning initiatives, and increased customer spend within a defined segment of accounts within the portfolio. She has won many awards and been recognized for everything from meeting incentive goals to achieving the highest sales record.
Holeman attended the University of Central Florida and New York University. She likes to give back to the community and has worked with Habitat for Humanity and the Special Olympics.
