DALLAS (November 29, 2012) – SRS Real Estate Partners (SRS) announced today that two new market leaders have been selected to lead the offices in Dallas/Ft. Worth and South Florida. The new leadership was selected as part of an aggressive growth strategy that will focus on further enhancing and expanding SRS’ reach in those respective markets. Both leaders will be responsible to continue to grow their market’s client base and recruit qualified brokers who desire to become part of the nation’s top exclusive retail real estate platform. This platform consists of integrated brokerage services, corporate services, development services, investment services and management services for users and owners of retail space.
Mark Reeder has been chosen as the new market leader for the Dallas/Ft. Worth office and will lead in partnership with Ryan Johnson. Reeder has been with SRS since 2000 and is continually a top producer for the company. He focuses on national retailer and restaurant disposition requirements, as well as tenant representation for new store growth in Dallas/Ft. Worth and surrounding areas. Reeder has experience working with national clients such as Brinker, Target, and Toys”R”Us. He has been recognized as a Dallas Business Journal’s “Heavy Hitter”, D CEO Magazine’s Power Broker, as well as receiving internal company awards for Top Producer and the prestigious Chairman’s Award. Johnson has been with SRS since 2004 and specializes in dispositions services and tenant representation throughout the South Central United States. Recognized internally as a rising star, Johnson has proven to be a leader amongst his peers.
John Artope has been selected to lead the office in South Florida. He already leads the offices in Orlando and Tampa, making South Florida his third office to lead and SRS’ entire presence in Florida. Linking these offices with a common leadership and shared resources, SRS aims to create a unified presence in the state of Florida. Artope has been active in commercial real estate since 1984 and started with SRS in 2002. He specializes in tenant representation, development, strategic site-selection planning, portfolio dispositions and acquisitions. Currently, Artope serves as a member of the company’s Leadership Council and Board of Directors. He is consistently a top producer and recently won the prestigious internal SRS Chairman’s Award for 2012.
