SRS Real Estate Partners Renews Lease for Hartman Income REIT at Richardson Heights Shopping Center

DALLAS (September 26, 2012) – Hartman Income REIT has renewed its lease to Addis Ababa for a 2,200-square-foot space at Richardson Heights Shopping Center in Richardson. Richardson Heights Shopping Center is located at Belt Line Road and U.S. 75 (North Central Expressway). The shopping center features the first Dallas/Fort Worth location for Austin-based Alamo Drafthouse, which is currently under construction and expected to open in spring 2013. Addis Ababa is an Ethiopian restaurant that was founded in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex in 1982.

“Richardson Heights Shopping Center is in its second phase of redevelopment,” said Frank Bullock, executive vice president and market leader for the Dallas office. “We are currently negotiating with several iconic restaurants out of Austin to join Alamo Drafthouse.”
