SRS Real Estate Partners Ranks Among Orlando’s Top Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Firms

ORLANDO (August 22, 2012) – SRS Real Estate Partners is pleased to announce its Orlando office has been recognized by the Orlando Business Journal as the 12th largest commercial real estate brokerage firm in Central Fla. as ranked by total dollar volume of 2011 sales and lease transactions.

The expertise of John Artope, Jason Kaiser, CCIM, and Blake Hunter contributed to roughly $56.3 million in commercial real estate transactions over the past year. These professionals represented or were involved in a number of significant retailers entering the Central Florida market, including the Brazilian steakhouse Fogo de Chão on International Drive and GFS Marketplace on Orange Blossom Trail near the Florida Mall. Recent contributions also include The Container Store’s first Orlando location at the former Robb & Stucky building at Millenia Boulevard and Conroy Road, the first Florida fuel station / convenience store for WaWa at International Drive and the Central Florida Parkway, and the first Florida site for Marlow’s Tavern at Pointe Orlando along International Drive.
