Mayson has been a dedicated member of the Atlanta Investment Sales team since he joined SRS in 2012. In that time, he has been an intricate contributor to the successful negotiations of investment sales transactions such as a portfolio of 12 net-leased Sunoco fuel centers and convenience stores through Central and Southeast Florida, Patton Square shopping center in Woodruff, S.C., Washington Square, a 63,361-square-foot neighborhood center in Gainesville, Ga. and a 200,000-square-foot Walmart Supercenter in Mobile, Ala.
