Party City is leasing a portion of the Ground Floor of a new retail project expected to be completed in Mid-2013. (New York, NY) November 6th, 2012 – SRS Real Estate Partners announces that Stohlman Sterling Realty, LLC has purchased 5.78 acres of land at the Sterling Autoplex in Sterling, VA. The location will become a new Subaru dealership. David H. Wirth, Senior Vice President of SRS Real Estate Partners and Robert Raczynski of Grubb & Ellis represented the seller, Carlyle/Cypress Sterling, LLC in the transaction.
This sale completes the development of the Autopark. The original site was purchased by Carlyle/Cypress consisting of approximately 40 acres. After improvements were done to the site, 20 acres of land were sold to AutoNation, 5 acres to Brown Auto Group, and 8 acres of land to BMW of Sterling. Both David H. Wirth and Robert Raczynski represent the seller in each transaction.
