ORLANDO, FLA. (March 7, 2013) – SRS Real Estate Partners announced that it has been selected to handle the retail leasing for SkyHouse®, the newest, luxury high rise in downtown Orlando. This 23-story, 320-unit multi-family project will feature an eight-level parking garage, pocket park and approximately 8,200-square-feet of ground-floor retail space at 90 E. Livingston Street, directly across from the Orange County Courthouse.
This will be the third SkyHouse® venture for Atlanta-based developer Novare Group; a leader in mixed-use, high-rise communities with over 28 completed projects across various southeastern urban markets. Novare Group has partnered with Batson-Cook Development Company and UBS Realty Investors, LLC in the development of this $63 million project.
