SRS Real Estate Partners Hires Sr. Business Development Manager

DALLAS (March 18, 2013) – SRS Real Estate Partners welcomes Janie French as senior business development manager in the Dallas headquarters office. French is returning to SRS having previously worked with Staubach Retail Services for 18 years where she carried a variety of different roles throughout those years including a special focus on business development, research and marketing. Most recently, she was the director of marketing and communications at United Commercial Realty. There, French implemented business development practices and sourced new business, as well as directed corporate proposals and presentations.

French will work with the marketing and business development team to support and facilitate business development initiatives. Her responsibilities will include building and maintaining business development presentation modules and national business prospecting materials, as well as keeping a pulse on internal and external data to develop strategies for multi-market, multi-service, and large account pursuits. She will also develop and respond to RFIs, RFPs, and other complex proposals for SRS.

French has a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University. She is member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals.
