DALLAS (January 9, 2013) – SRS Real Estate Partners (SRS) is proud to welcome Barb Brandt as senior HR specialist in the corporate headquarters office in Dallas. She will be responsible for managing payroll and tax reporting, the day-to-day benefits administration processes, full-cycle recruiting for all staff positions, and the on- and off-boarding of all employees and brokers.
Prior to SRS, Brandt worked for an oncology education company for more than 11 years. Initially the 20th employee, Brandt helped grow the company to over 150 employees. There, she created and implemented an award nominated wellness program and handled all staff training and development. Brandt also was responsible for on-boarding processes and employee recognition programs. Most recently, she worked for a boutique staffing firm as an HR consultant.

Barb has a bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University.
